D&A Wolverine PLLC was part of the team that developed the MHH Logistics Industrial Flex Building located in the Town of Huntersville, North Carolina. (Mecklenburg County). It is a 78,000 sf industrial building with a rear loading warehouse with 120ft truck court on over 8.6 acres. D&A performed Stormwater Management, including required Water Quality and LID Requirements. D&A coordinated with Charlotte Water, County Fire Marshall, Town of Huntersville, Count GIS staff, NCDOT, Architects, among others.
